Delivery Signatures & Returns
Signature confirmation is required for all international and high-value shipments. If a package is returned due to a missed signature, a return fee will apply:

If signature requirements are waived or managed directly with the carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS), OseMall is not liable for loss or damage thereafter.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to national holidays, natural disasters, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
International Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs authority.
Military Address Shipments
Orders shipped to APO, FPO, or addresses in Puerto Rico are delivered exclusively via USPS.
