Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery typically ranges between 10–15 business days, though transit times may vary by destination.

• Shipping costs are included in our pricing; listed shipping fees are for reference only.

• Orders are dispatched on the day of purchase; tracking information may take up to 5 business days to activate.

Last-Mile Delivery:

Delivery Signatures & Returns
Signature confirmation is required for all international and high-value shipments. If a package is returned due to a missed signature, a return fee will apply:

• Domestic returns: $8.95 USD

• International returns: $29.89 USD

If signature requirements are waived or managed directly with the carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS), OseMall is not liable for loss or damage thereafter.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to national holidays, natural disasters, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

International Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs authority.

Military Address Shipments
Orders shipped to APO, FPO, or addresses in Puerto Rico are delivered exclusively via USPS.

Important Notes

• We recommend selecting signature-required delivery if you reside in an area prone to package theft. Standard shipping may leave parcels at a secure location without signature.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

• Items returned due to recipient unavailability are subject to a 10% restocking fee per item.
